Templeton Community Pool, 6th and Old County Road

This incredibly popular event returns for its 11th year to the Central Coast. We all know that dogs love to swim so we have again reserved the Templeton Community pool to give our pooches a chance to hit the water and have some fun. We’ll have lots of floating retrieval toys and experienced dog handlers in the water to make this a truly memorable and safe event.

See the daily event schedule (below) for available swim times. Swim session are 45 minutes in length and space is limited to provide for a safe and enjoyable experience for all dogs. Dogs can play in both the tot pool and the shallow end of the adult pool. Ramps are installed in the adult pool to provide a safe entry and exit in the water.

"Dog lifeguards" are stationed in the pool to help dogs exit and enter the water safely. Life vests are available for dogs that might be new to the water or need additional flotation support. Dogs only are allowed in the pool.

Dogs with prepaid reservations are admitted before same day walk-ins on a space available basis. Please note that some swim sessions may sell out before the event.
